Season's Tweetings

Happy Friday from DT Annalisa! Today's project features the new A6 stamp set, Seasons Tweetings. This adorable set is my favourite from the brand-new release by Time For Tea Designs, as it includes cute birds dressed up for winter—one even holds a take-out coffee cup!

To begin, I ink-blended Saltwater Taffy Distress Oxide, Festive Berries Distress Ink, and Chipped Sapphire Distress Oxide onto white cardstock using my Midi Beautiful Blender Brushes. I added splatters with a brush, water, and silver watercolour paint, then set the panel aside to dry.

Next, I use the Wide Stitched Frame Dies to die-cut White Silver Metallic cardstock from Neenah. I adhered the frame to the ink-blended cardstock with double-sided tape, then attached these to a card base using liquid glue.

I stamped several images and a sentiment from the Seasons Tweetings stamp set, along with Christmas ornaments from the Merry Cheesemas stamp set. I coloured these images with Copic markers, added accents with a white gel pen, and cut them out using the Brother Scan N Cut SDX125e.

I fussy-cut around "tweetings" and used the Simple Slimline Nesting Dies to die-cut around "seasons." I adhered the sentiments and birds to the card with double-sided foam tape, while using liquid glue for the remaining images.

To complete the card, I added Clear Bubbles Designer Enamel Dots.
