Roasting or toasting marshmallows, either way, they are YUMMY! This week's card embodies the start of a perfect fall evening for me. Toasting marshmallows over a fire in the middle of nature, while the sun sets.
I stamped the images from the
Happy trails clear stamp set, colored them with Copic markers and used the
Coordinating dies to cut them out. The stamped treeline is from the winter background clear stamp set and I also used the coordinating die set for that. I masked the trees to be able to color the ground with Distress oxides tea dye and vintage photo.
For the background I cut an A6 panel with the
Simple nesting dies and used distress oxides dried marigold and milled lavender for the sky and crackling campfire for the stenciled trees.
I assembled the bottom part (stamped trees and ground) of the card onto the A6 panel with double sided tape. On top of that, I adhered a white frame made with the
Waves cover die and white cardstock.
Using the
Anthony's Alpha die set, I die cut 2 sets of the sentiment. One lavender set, and one white set. I glued them together, leaving a little white shadow behind.
I added the sentiment and the stamped images onto the card using 3d foam tape and threw a few enamel dots on there as well.
Let's toast to these cute T4T products together! 🥰
