Hello all tea timers, Claudia here, today I have a birthday card with this sweet set Birthday Bear this cuddly bear and his mouse friend ready to celebrate!!!
For this card, I wanted a bright, colorful background. So I used this stencil Bokeh Bubbles and created my bokeh effect.
To do this, I blended my card with Distress , put the stencil on top, sprayed with water and dried with paper towels, really very simple!
Really an easy effect to create thanks to the stencil, hope you like it!!!
