Nuts about You

Hi everyone!

It's Cat here sharing today's  Time for Tea Design DT Inspiration Card. The month of Lurveeee is approaching and the shops are full of pink and red... but if your not into that Pink and red heart loved up style why not try this gorgeously cute little image with no Red, Pink or hearts in site. 

I am using the Woodland Critters Stamp and Coordinating Die set, the Circle Masking Stencil, and the Tremendous Trees Stencil to create this simple but effective card! 

To begin I placed the Masking Stencil onto the card and used Tim Holtz Distress inks, and a T4TD Blending Brush to create the backdrop for the scene with the blue sky and green grass. I then used the Treemendous Trees Stencil and a darker green distress ink to create the woods. On a separate card I stamped and cut out the Tree, Squirrel, Leaves, Nut and the Sentiment from the Woodland Critters Stamp set and coloured with Promarkers and then Die cut with the Coordination Dies. Finally I added the images to the scene. To complete I added some tiny pearl gems.
