A Moovellous Birthday!

Hello Everyone!

Michelle here with a box card using the Ewe are Moovellous stamp set.

First, I cut all the pieces of the box frame from some orange gingham patterned cardstock. I used a die set from my stash but the Box Clever Die Set and cutting down 3 of the sides will achieve the same results.

For the background section of the card, I trimmed down 2 extra smaller panels of white cardstock. With the smaller panel, I ink blended sun rays using yellow ink and splattered gold water colour on top. Once this was dry, I adhered this to the larger panel making sure that there was an even border, giving it a framed look.

I then die cut 3 hills from white cardstock and blended on light and dark green ink.

For the images, stamped and coloured them with alcohol markers and added white highlights. For the little egg, I added some feet with a black fineliner to make it extra cute and the fence is 4 of the original fences glued together!

The balloons and party hats are from the now retired Hooray Hamsters stamp set but you could use the same elements from the Birthday Fox stamp set instead.

The sentiment was created by stamping each of the words onto white cardstock and using a black finer liner, I drew the fish tail banner around it. I added some extra dots at the start and end of it of the sentiment banner so that it matched the style of the fence.

Once I had all the pieces ready and second guessing to whether I had enough balloons or not, I assembled the entire scene with liquid glue making sure each tier of the card was high or low enough that all the feature images could be clearly seen.

Whilst this card takes a little more time and effort to create, it's a great birthday scene and it makes me very happy.

Have a moovellous day!

Lost without you!!

 Hey Tea-timer friends...

It's DT Ashlee and I am so excited to share my card using some products from the brand new release at Time for Tea designs!!

For this one I used the Happy trails stamp and co-ordinating dies collection along with these previously release products.

- Box clever die set

- Home for Christmas dies

Ohhh I just adore this adorable bear he is too cute. I thought he would go perfect with a little village in the forest scene!!

To create the card I started with a light brown card base that I then added a grey die cut square too that I could set the scene on. This was die cut from the box clever die set.

I then cut out all the pieces to make the village and adhered it using varying levels of foam tape.

Sentiment was stamped directly onto the card base using Tuxedo black ink!!

I stamped, coloured and die cut the Happy trails bear and his map. (Coloured using Spectrum noir tri-blend markers). The card was completed with a couple of die cut clouds and a touch of sequins!!

I'd definitely help this cute bear if he was lost, what about you?!

Thanks for checking out my post today I hope you enjoyed seeing my first card using the new release. If you haven't checked out all the new goodies available at T4T you should totally have a look, it's a release full of super cute things!!

Just Keep Swimming Box Card

Hello everyone, happy Friday. DT Annalisa here today sharing a 3D box card I created using some new and older products from Time For Tea Designs. When I saw the ocean-themed July release, I knew I had to make an underwater box card featuring all the sea creatures.

I cut some Distress White Heavy cardstock by Ranger and used the 'ink smooshing' technique to add watered-down Distress Ink in Peacock Feathers. I pressed Peacock Feathers down onto my glass matt and sprayed it with water. I pressed the paper down into the watercolour to create a watery look. I then die-cut two pieces of this using the Box Clever Die Set. I also cut two wavy inserts using some dies I had in my stash and glued them on top of the inserts. Visit T4TD over on YouTube for a video on assembling the box.

I will warn you that the Distress White Heavy cardstock no longer supports water the way it used to. My original Distress White Heavy cardstock could handle a lot of water. However, I purchased some new packages recently, and they 'bubbled up' whenever I added water. I will have to use the Distress Watercolor Cardstock by Ranger for watercolour techniques like this in the future.

I stamped the images from the Fintastic Friends and Beach Buds with Ink on 3 Blackout Ink and coloured them with my Copics. I cut them with their coordinating die sets; Fintastic Friends coordinating die and Beach Buds coordinating die. I added some white gel pen accents and Prisma Glitter. to some elements. I stamped the sentiment from Fintastic Friends using Versafine and die-cut it out with its' coordinating die.

I assembled the box card using double-sided tape. I then used liquid glue to add all the critters and elements to finish the card.

Box Clever Scene

Hello!

Today is my last post as a member of the T4TD DT so I decided it was time to break open the Box Clever dies that have been lurking unused in my stash.

I cut all the shapes from the Box Clever die set from white card and then set about colouring and creating my background scene.

I used the Slimline Scene Builder stencil to create some clouds on the back panel and adhered the sun and clouds which are part of the Box Clever set on top.

I then chose my most favourite of all the T4TD stamp sets - You're Elephantastic - and enjoyed colouring them in bright happy shades. I always seem to reach for You're Elephantastic and adore the sweet ellies.

I attached the little bird onto a thin strip of acetate so that it could fly over the coconut shy and it wobbles and bobs adorably in real life.

I hope you like my card using the awesome products from T4TD. If you'd like to purchase any items you can get 10% off until the end of February using my code - T4TJANE10.

Thanks for looking today.
Stay safe and keep crafting!
