Easter Wreath Wishes!

Hello everyone!

Design Team member Michelle here and today I’m sharing a soft and cheerful Easter card featuring the sweetest little bunny tucked inside a pretty spring wreath.

Supplies used:

Love Is In The Air

Eggstra Special Birthday

Jumping With Joy

Sweet Summer Paper Pad

I started with a warm yellow background with a subtle pattern from the Sweet Summer paper pad - it has texture without taking attention away from the main scene.

The wreath is built up with leafy greenery, colourful flowers, carrots and decorated eggs, which gives it that full and festive look. In the centre, the adorable bunny sitting in a basket adds a cute focal point, with a tiny chick peeking in to keep things extra playful. I used soft colouring for the characters to keep everything light and cohesive with the pastel tones.

To finish the card, I added a simple banner with the “Hoppy Easter” sentiment in gold for a little touch of shine. It ties everything together beautifully while keeping the overall design clean and balanced.

Happy Easter!

Hoppy Easter

Happy Friday! DT Annalisa here, sharing a pretty Easter card I created using stamps, dies, and stencils from Time For Tea Designs. I love the soft, watercolour look and feel of the background.

To create the background, I first soaked the Evergreen Bough, Chipped Sapphire, and Seedless Preserves Distress Watercolour Pencils in water to soften them. Then, I scribbled the colours onto the back of the Eggstra Special Layering Stencil and spritzed it with water. After pressing it onto Distress Watercolour Cardstock by Ranger, I let the stencil sit for a few moments before removing it and heat-setting the panel.

Next, I used the second part of the layering stencil, along with mini ink-blending tools, to apply the same Distress Ink colours to the eggs. I lightly spritzed the background with water to help disperse the colours, then heat-set it again. To finish the background, I added splatter using all three colours, along with Picket Fence Distress Spray Stain. Once everything was dry, I trimmed the panel to 4 x 5 1/4 inches using a die.

The large eggs were die-cut from Distress Watercolour Cardstock using the Eggstra Special Slimline Add On Horizontal Die. I coloured one egg with Carved Pumpkin, Spiced Marmalade, and Mustard Seed Distress Watercolour Pencils, and the other with Salvaged Patina, Peacock Feathers, and Picked Raspberry. After they dried, I added white paint details using a Posca pen.

The bunny and chick are from the Eggstra Special Birthday stamp set. I stamped them using Fadout No Line Colouring Detail Ink from Ink on 3 and coloured them with Copic markers.

I trimmed a piece of vellum to wrap around the inked panel, then adhered it to an A2 card base covered with silver-patterned paper.

Finally, I used liquid glue to adhere the stamped images and added the “Hoppy Easter” sentiment to complete the card.

Hoppy Easter Fun!

Hello Tea Timers!

Michelle from the Design Team here and today’s inspiration are some adorable bunnies gathering eggs and carrots in a playful and happy scene, perfect for celebrating the season!

Supplies used:

Eggstra Special Birthday

I started by creating a soft sky background with light clouds using Salvage Patina Distress Oxide. I then added a couple of vibrant grassy layers to ground the scene (using Twisted Citron and Lucky Clover Distress Oxides). The bright greens really help all the colourful elements pop and give that fresh springtime feel.

The sweet bunnies are busy collecting decorated eggs and carrots, with lots of little details scattered around to keep the design fun and lively. I used a mix of soft pastel shades and brighter tones for the eggs to add variety and interest across the card.

To finish everything off, I mounted the finished scene onto a yellow gingham background, giving clean and cheerful look. The “Hoppy Easter” sentiment heat embossed onto blue cardstock ties it all together and adds a fun little pun to make the card extra cute.

Thanks so much for stopping by today!

Sending Easter Wishes

Happy Friday! DT Annalisa here, sharing a bright and cheerful Easter card I created using stamps, stencils, and dies from Time For Tea Designs. I absolutely love the fresh spring feel of this card; it really makes me look forward to spending time out in the garden!

To start, I ink-blended Dusty Concord, Faded Jeans, and Cracked Pistachio Distress Oxide Inks onto white cardstock using the Mini Egg Pattern Stencil. This created a soft, colourful background with a fun Easter vibe. I then added white splatter using Picket Fence Distress Spray Stain and a watercolour brush for a bit of texture and interest.

Once the panel was dry, I adhered it to a card base and added a white die-cut stitched border to frame the scene and give it a clean, finished look.

For the sentiment, I used the Easter Wishes Large sentiment die, cutting it from both silver and black cardstock. I layered them slightly offset to create a subtle shadow effect, then adhered it to the top of the card with liquid glue.

The images come from a mix of sets, Fruitful Friends, I Really Dig You A4 Printed Cardstock, Ewe Are Moovellous, Eggstra Special Birthday, Cacti Critters and Oops A Daisy A4 Printed Cardstock. I coloured the stamped images with Copics and added white gel pen accents for extra detail and highlights. Each element was then adhered with liquid glue to complete the scene.

Snappy Birthday!

 Hello Tea Timers!

Michelle here from the Design Team with a snappy little birthday card full of fun and frosting. These two cheeky crocs have been busy baking up a celebration, and it looks like their cake is ready to party!

Supplies used:

Crocodiles - Snappy Before Coffee

Hats and Whisk - Baked With More Love

Strawberries - Birthday Cake

Cake - Eggstra Special Birthday

I love how bright and happy this scene turned out. The yellow brick wall gives everything a cheerful backdrop, and the pink gingham border adds a sweet finishing touch. Of course, the cake had to be strawberry-topped and frosted in pink to match the playful vibe.

The sentiment says it all. It's a snappy birthday kind of card, perfect for anyone who enjoys puns, pastries or a bit of giggle.

Thanks for stopping by today. I hope this little card made you smile!

Easter Bunny Wishes

Happy Friday, DT Annalisa! For my card today, I used the Bunny Builder Dies and the Eggstra Special Layering Stencil (now on sale) to create this adorable purple and pink Easter card.

I began by ink blending Wilted Violet Distress Ink onto purple cardstock through the Eggstra Special Layering Stencil. I applied the ink lightly with my Beautiful Blender Brush for the first layer of the eggs. Then, I used more pressure with the pattern layering stencil to create a darker shade of purple.

Next, I used a stitched rectangle die to cut out the ink-blended background and adhered it to an A2 card base using double-sided tape.

For the bunny, I die-cut white cardstock with the Bunny Builder Dies and ink-blended the die-cut elements using Hickory Smoke, Candied Apple, Worn Lipstick, Carved Pumpkin, Twisted Citron, and Mowed Lawn Distress Inks with my Beautiful Blender Brushes. After assembling the bunny with liquid glue, I added accents with a white gel pen for extra detail.

I also applied Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide to a piece of white cardstock, allowed it to dry, and then die-cut it with the Easter Wishes Large sentiment die. I cut the same sentiment from white cardstock and used liquid glue to adhere the two layers slightly offset. I added white gel pen accents to the pink layer for an additional touch. I adhered the sentiment to the card base using liquid glue.

Next, I stamped and colored two eggs from the Eggstra Special Birthday stamp set using Copics. I die-cut them with the coordinating dies and added white gel pen accents. I then used liquid glue to attach the eggs to the card base above the Easter Wishes sentiment.

Finally, I adhered the assembled bunny to the card base using 1mm double-sided foam tape. To complete the card, I added Summer Haze (light purple) and Sweet Summer (white) Designer Enamel Dots for embellishment.

Plaid Easter Wishes

Happy Friday, DT Annalisa here! April has arrived, and Easter is just around the corner! I'm excited to share a spring Easter card featuring the Easter Wishes Large sentiment die and the Eggstra Special Birthday stamp set.

To start, I trimmed a piece of the Pretty Pastels 6x6 Paper Pad to fit an A6 card base and secured it using double-sided tape.

Next, I die-cut white cardstock with the Sweet Scalloped Dies and A6 Simple Nesting Dies to create a thin scalloped frame. I attached this frame to the card base with liquid glue.

I then stamped several images from the Eggstra Special Birthday stamp set, colored them using Copics, and cut them out with the coordinating dies. I added accents with a white gel pen using a Gelly Roll Pen.

For additional elements, I die-cut vellum using the Stitched Circle Dies and Cloud Dies, adhering them to the card base with vellum adhesive.

For added dimension, I used double-sided 1mm foam tape to attach the stamped images.

I applied Gina K Designs Dusty Rose ink to a piece of white cardstock, allowing it to dry before die-cutting it with the Easter Wishes Large sentiment die. I then added white gel pen accents for an extra touch.

For more dimension, I die-cut the sentiment from white cardstock twice and adhered the layers together using liquid glue. I attached the sentiment to the card with more liquid glue.

To finish off the card, I added Summer Haze Designer Enamel Dots.

Watercolour Easter Wishes

Hello and happy last Friday in March! DT Annalisa here sharing a watercolour Easter card featuring the Mini Egg Pattern Stencil and Eggstra Special Birthday stamp set.

To create the background, I soaked the Evergreen Bough, Chipped Sapphire, and Wilted Violet Distress Watercolor Pencils in water to soften them. Then, I scribbled the colors onto the back of the Mini Egg Pattern Stencil and spritzed it with water. After pressing it onto Distress Watercolor Cardstock by Ranger, I let the stencil sit for a while before removing it and heat-setting it.

Next, I added splatters using the same watercolor pencils and adhered the panel to a card base with double-sided tape. I then glued a frame made from white cardstock that I had die-cut with the Five Windows Cover Die over the watercolor panel.

I die-cut black cardstock using the Easter Wishes Large sentiment die for the sentiment. I also die-cut the sentiment in white cardstock two additional times. I used liquid glue to stack the layers together, creating dimension. I attached the sentiment to the card base with liquid glue.

I stamped and colored several images from the Eggstra Special Birthday set using Copic markers. After cutting them out with their coordinating dies, I added white gel pen accents with a Gelly Roll Pen. Additionally, the bird is from the Ewe Are Moovellous set.

To finish the card, I used thin 1mm double-sided foam tape to adhere the stamped elements.

Birthday bunny with Kaja

 Hi all,

It's Kaja from Kajcyika crafts and today I am back with another cute birthday card!

Take a look:

This time, I started off the card by creating masked rectangles at the top of my card base using post it note stickies. You could use a stencil for this, but I wanted to have some some random shapes instead of a standard shape forms.

I went with a simple grass and sky look for which I used Bundled sage and Tumbled glass distress inks.

Once the background was done, I removed the masks and started stamping out the images I wanted to use on the card.

I went all in on the images, so I used 4 stamp sets: Warm hugsLove is in the airLlama tell you and Eggstra special birthday. I colored everything in using alcohol markers and to add a special touch, I used a white gel pen.

Next, I added the sentiment from the Warm hugs stamp set that reads 'it's your birthday you deserve a treat'. I used black ink and stamp it out at the bottom of my little scene.

The last thing I did, was that I glued everything on a card base using double sided foam squares and liquid glue.

Hugs,
Kaja

Eggstra special Easter with Kaja

Hi all,

It's Kaja from Kajcyika crafts and today I wanted to wish you all an eggstra special Easter!

Take a look at my card:

I started off this card by creating the background and this time, I decided to go with a simple egg pattern. I stamped out a bunch of eggs from Eggstra special birthday stamp set that I colored in using watercolor markers. I made sure that I used brightful colors, so the card is looking cheerful and fun.

Once the eggs were stamped out and colored, I added some details with white gel pen.

I used the same technique for the bunny that can also be found in the Eggstra special birthday stamp set. For the bunny I went with gray and I colored the cheeks and ears in with pink that matches the eggs.

Next, I positioned the bunny in the center of my background and added the sentiment from the same stamp set that reads 'have an eggstra special Easter'.

I added some blue and gray cardstock to the card, so it all matches nicely with the colors I used for the eggs and bunny.

The last thing I did, was that I glued everything on a card base using double sided foam squares and liquid glue.

Hugs,
Kaja

Easter wishes!

Hey Tea-timer friends

DT Ashlee here with a new card to share with you and this one is an Easter themed card ready for the Easter weekend coming very soon!

I used these T4T products :

- Easter wishes large sentiment die

- Eggstra special layering stencil

- Eggstra special birthday stamp and co-ordinating die

To create this card I started with a pink card stock base that I added the cute egg design to with the T4T stencil and Distress oxide inks Worn lipstick and Picked Raspberry. I blended it out so it faded into the bottom of the card....

Using a piece of white card with ink blended.spritzed on it I die cut the easter wishes sentiment before die cutting it again from a pink card stock and backing it off centre to create a shadowed sentiment. This was adhered to the card base with foam tape to start adding dimension!

I stamped, coloured and die cut the images before adhering those to the card also with foam tape. To complete the card I added a touch of pretty pink sequins....

I hope you enjoyed my pink easter themed card. Thankyou for stopping by the blog! Happy crafting, hugs Ashlee.

Hoppy Easter Shaker

Happy Friday! DT Annalisa here to share an Easter shaker card I created using the Eggstra Special Birthday stamp set and their coordinating dies from Time For Tea Designs.

I die-cut Distress Watercolor Cardstock by Ranger with the Slimline Scalloped Trio Circle Nesting Dies and the Eggstra Special Slimline Add-On Horizontal Die. I pressed peacock feathers, picked raspberry Distress Ink onto my glass matt, and sprayed water onto the inks. I pressed the die-cut watercolour panel into the ink several times and heat-set it.

I trimmed purple cardstock to go behind the watercoloured panel and glued it down to a slimline card base. I used liquid glue to adhere a trimmed piece of acetate over the egg panel holes.

Next, I added two layers of double-sided tape on the back of the egg panel and added pink, purple, blue and clear sequins. I then pressed the card base onto the double-sided tape to seal in the sequins.

I stamped and coloured (with Copics) several images from Eggstra Special Birthday and cut them out with their coordinating dies. I added white gel pen accents with a Gelly Roll Pen

I used liquid glue to adhere the stamped elements to the card.
