Blossoming Friends

Hello time for tea'ers, Kitty here with my usual weekly Thursday spot! It took me a while to decide which stamp set to use this week but as always with me I reached for the cute bunnies!

For this card I used the super cute bunnies from the Blooming Bunnies Stamp Set. I coloured them with Copics and cut them out with the Blooming Bunnies Dies. I created the circle aperture and frame using the Simple Circles Dies. I used the Chic Chevrons Stencil to emboss the kraft card panel to give it a bit of extra texture. I created the background panel using the Scene It Stencil with some Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide Ink. I created a blended grass panel using Twisted Citron & Mowed Lawn Inks then die cut it using the grass die from the Landscape Edge Dies. I added some twine across the piece and added my stamped and die cut sentiments. Don't forget we have a brand new release tomorrow, it's an amazing release and we can't wait to share all our creations with you.

Thank you ever so much for joining me to day. Don't forget you can get 10% off at Time For Tea Designs using my code T4TKITTY10.

Buzzing Critter Card

Hi DT Vic popping in today with a jam packed critter card. I always love to mix up my Time For Tea Designs stamps and make scenes with them and I went overboard on this one!

For my card today I used the All occasions critter stampsBe owlsome stampBuzzing for you stamp, Bee happy stamp and some adorable snails. To start with I ink blended my background using green, pink and blue pigment ink. I then stamped my images and coloured them in with my copic markers. Using the coordinating dies I die cut them out.

For the grass I used some light green card using the Landscape edge dies I ran the grass die through my die cutting machine and adhered the pieces to the bottom of my card. I then started to add all my critters to my card.

I then heat embossed the sentiment onto some black card and used white embossing powder. I trimmed this down and adhered this onto my card.

I love how this turned out with all the little critters and the tiny bees.

It's A Penguin Party!

Hello Vic here today sharing a cute slimline card I made. I am so in love with the new release and wanted to make a fun Christmas card using the Skating By Penguins Stamp Set.

To start with I used the Falalala Scalloped Slimline Die Set and using a pink piece of card I die cut a frame. I then used the Falalala die and die cut this using some silver sparkle card. I then used a piece of white card and made my slimline card base and I started to ink blend some blue distress ink onto my card using my Beautiful Blender Brush. I started to ink blend the top of the card in blue and then I switched to a light purple foe the bottom of the card. I then added some hills using the Landscape Edge Die and some more white card.

I wanted to add some details to my sky and I used the Carolling Critters Stamp Set that have snowflakes in the stamp set. I used my inks that I used to make the sky and stamped the snowflakes onto my card. I then adhered the hills down using some double sided tape.

I then stamped out my images using Memento Black Ink and the Skating By Penguins Stamp Set. I coloured the penguins in with my copic markers then I used the Coordinating Dies and run them through my die cutting machine. I always secure the dies with some washi tape so that they they don't slip while being die cut. I then adhered the frame, Penguins and greeting onto my card using some Foam Pads.

To finish my card off I added some sparkle using some Stickles onto their hats and the hills.

I hope this card inspires you to make a fun penguin scene. Don't forget you can save 10% off your Time For Tea Designs purchases using the code: T4TVICKI10 at the checkout.

I used some Versamark ink and Wow Gold Embossing Powder and heat set this.I then used the brand new Die-namic Display Card Die and I just used the small die with tabs on which I die cut twice, I then used the grass edge die from the Landscape Edge Die and ran this through my die cutting machine again. I then inked up the card sing some green distress ink and adhered the grass panels to my card.

Next I stamped and coloured in the critters. I then die cut the letters 2021 and adhered them to my card using foam pads. Once these were adhered down I then adhered the critters down.

Sweet Beaver Video Tutorial

Hello Vic here this morning and I’m very excited to share a fun video tutorial today.

I used the gorgeous Beavering Away Stamp Set And Coordinating Dies. Aren’t the images on this stamp so adorable!

To start with I stamped out the images and water coloured them in with my Zig Brush markers.

Using the Coordinating Dies I adhered the dies over my images using washi tape then I run them through my die cutting machine.

Next I used the Birch Forest Stencil and I started to add some inks over the top of the stencil using my Beautiful Blender Brush

I then used my washi tape to secure the stencil down as I will be stamping over the top. The stencil once removed shows the trees in white where there is no ink but as I wanted the stencil to look like logs I used brown ink over the stencil.

After the ink blending is complete I used the Mountain Scene Builder Dies and using some light brown card and cream card I adhered the pieces together. I then die cut some grass and hills using the Landscape Edge Die

After I adhered the pieces down I stamped out two sentiments from the stamp set and heat embossed them with white embossing powder.

I had so much fun making this card and it’s great for man cards too!

Don’t forget you can check out the brand new release Here and you can also save 10% off your order using the code: T4TVICKI10 at the checkout.

To A Sweet Friend Bee Card Video Tutorial

Hello Vic here today! I’m so excited to be sharing a video tutorial today.

I wanted to make a shaped card and I used the Circle Of Love Nesting Die to make my card base.

I die cut 2 larger circles and a smaller circle using the next size down.

The two larger circles will be your card base and the smaller circle is what we will be working on.

On the piece that will be the back of your card score a line at the top about half an inch from the top, this will then be adhered onto the front circle. Making a circle shaped card.

Using theBuzzing For You Stamp Set I took both clouds from the stamp and stamped the clouds onto my circle panel using versamark ink. This will act as a glue for your embossing powder.

I then added white embossing powder over the clouds and heat set this with my heat gun.

Using some distress ink and a Beautiful blending brush I ink blended over the heat embossing. I then die cut some grass using the Landscape edge die

I adhered the grass pieces to my card.

I then stamped my images using the Bee Happy Stamp Set and coloured the images in with my copic markers. I then added a sentiment To A Special Friend and heat embossed the greeting.

I adhered all my images down and added some sequins.

The bee card is now complete. I loved making this card and I hope you have fun creating your cards. If you use this technique don’t forget to tag is on social media we love looking at your creations.

In The Light Of The Moon

Happy Wednesday!

It's DT Shabneez here with a sneak peek of a couple of die sets that are in the August new release which will be available to buy on 25 August!

I decided to go with a night time scene and a card that would work for either a male or female recipient.  I used the new landscape die set to create the clouds on my background.  The set has has a number of stitched dies on it to include the clouds that I used.

The Happy Birthday is also another of the new dies.  Both die sets are ones I can see myself using a great deal!

Happy crafting and don't forget to check back tomorrow for more sneak peeks!
