Reveal Day 2 - New Year Critter Card

Hello Vic popping in today to share some of the exciting new release! You are going to absolutely love the New Year Critters!

I can't pick a favourite critter as they are all so cute. I loved colouring these cuties in.

For my card today I ink blended a piece of card using some red, Pink and Orange distress ink using the Beautiful Blender Brush.I wanted to add some stars to my background and I used the star from the Mew Are The Best Stamp Set. I used some Versamark ink and Wow Gold Embossing Powder and heat set this.I then used the brand new Die-namic Display Card Die and I just used the small die with tabs on which I die cut twice, I then used the grass edge die from the Landscape Edge Die and ran this through my die cutting machine again. I then inked up the card sing some green distress ink and adhered the grass panels to my card.

Next I stamped and coloured in the critters. I then die cut the letters 2021 and adhered them to my card using foam pads. Once these were adhered down I then adhered the critters down.

I had so much fun creating this card!! I hope you are all enjoying the previews of the exciting new release! There are so many fun products in this release you will be spoilt for choice.

Caroling Critters in the Snow

Hello everyone, DT Annalisa here! I am so happy for the new T4T release and excited to show you a sneak peek before Friday's release! Today's card features the new "Carolling Critters." Aren't they just adorable!! Who doesn't love a trio of cute carolling animals?

To start I created a snowy background scene with my Scan and Cut SDX125 using an SVG cut file from Lori Whitock called Christmas Card Layered Houses. To add some interest to the red sky, I added white heat embossed stars (from the Santa Paws and Fairy Garden clear stamp sets) and dots with my white gel pen.

Next, I stamped the images and coloured them in with my Copic markers. The little presents are from the Mew Are the Best Gift Clear Stamp Set and coordinating dies. The little bird is from another stamp set from the new release called "Skating By Penguins" - I just love the extra little critters in sets as they help to complete scenes.

I adhered the critters and other elements with liquid glue and stamped in some extra music notes with black ink. For the sentiment, I used part of the "we wish you a merry Christmouse" from the Caroling Critters stamp set as well as the "Christmas" from the Santa Paws which I die cut out using the coordinating dies.

To complete the card I added some snowflakes with blue gems on top which I have had in my stash for ages.

I am sure you will LOVE the new release as much as I do. Happy crafting!

Mew are the Best Gift of All!

Happy Saturday everyone its Design Team member Natalie up on the blog today sharing my Christmas morning scene card. I love how there's lots of detail going on but the crisp white background gives it a clean and simple feel.
I started by cutting out three squares of white card stock using the stitched square nesting dies then in one cut out a smaller square using the same die set for the window. On one of the other squares I inked some blue clouds using the Sunny Side Up again stencil and added some darker blue splotches for some added detail. The sun is cut out of the gorgeous Rainbow Brights Essentials Paper Pad using the Sunburst Cover Plate Die.
As you know I don't like to use too many different colours on my cards I say it's because I find it more aesthetically pleasing but I also find picking colours really hard so find it easier to stick to a few. I like the colour coordination in the presents too and you can always add texture or pattern with a gelly roll pen. I find also helps to quicken the colouring progress especially if you have a production line going on. So I coloured up my cat and presents from Mew are the Best Gift of All in a range of reds, blues and greys and die cut it out. The Christmas Tree is from the Warm Winter Wishes stamp set I didn't add any extra baubles so as I thought there was a lot going on in the scene already and wanted to keep the attention on the cat.
Then I added the sentiment to the card and layered it all together using the third square we die cut at the back of the card base and that was my card finished. I hope you like it!

Christmas Critters

DT Annalisa here. I hope are enjoying your Friday; it is finally cooler than 30 degrees Celsius here so I am a happy camper! Today I am sharing another Christmas card - you can never start making them too early! I used three stamp sets from the new July release - Christmas Surprise Clear Stamp Set, Santa Paws Clear Stamp Set and Mew Are the Best Gift Clear Stamp Set. The July release is so great to mix and match together!

To start I stamped the little mouse from Mew Are The Best Gift stamp set and masked it out. On top of this, I stamped the dog and presents from the Santa Paws stamp set and masked some of this out at the top end and stamped the tree from an older stamp set - Warm Winter Wishes - on top of this. I used my copics to colour the little scene, added some white gel pen accents and then cut it out.

I stamped, coloured and die cut out the kitty from the Christmas Surprise stamp set and added him popping out from the side of the tree.

For the background, I used the Sparkle Cover Plate Die on top of some watercolour paper that I coloured with distress inks. I glued the die-cut piece to the coloured background with liquid glue.

Next, I added my cute scene to the background with some liquid glue. For the sentiment, I added 'merry' directly onto the background. I then stamped, coloured and die-cut 'Christmas' and popped it up on the card using some foam tape.

If you are interested in purchasing any of the T4T products used in my project, I have a 10% discount code for the T4T store which can be used on anything, anytime and has no time limit - T4TANNALISA10

Meowy Christmas to You

DT Annalisa here and in celebration of Jo being on Create and Craft this past Monday for her "Christmas in July" release, I am sharing an extra card this week! For this card I used two sets from her July release - the Christmas Surprise Clear Stamp Set and the Mew Are the Best Gift Clear Stamp Set. These two sets are adorable and I loved colouring them!

First I stamped the little mouse in the set and created a mask for him. I then stamped the kitty and presents on top of the mouse and mask. Next, I created a mask for the kitty and some of the presents on the left-hand side and stamped the tree on top of this. Once I had removed all the masks, I stamped the sentiment and extra Christmas ornaments.

For the kitty in the tree, I inked it up and then wiped off the ink from the areas below the paws (as it was designed to be used with the coordinating die). This way, even if you don't have the dies you can still use the kitty, dog and bunny in the tree!

Once everything was stamped I took my time colouring the adorable scene with my copic sketch markers and loved it. I often put on some Netflix or Spotify in the background and colour away for hours.

Once the scene was coloured I cut it out using the Quilted Square Nesting Die. For the blue background, I also used another square from this set and coloured it using one of the blues I used to colour the presents.

I adhered the scene to the blue background and then to a card base to complete the card.
