Hammy Time

Happy Friday! Annalisa here and today for my DT inspiration project I am sharing a celebration card featuring the brand new Hooray Hamsters stamp and die set as well as the Dotty Hearts Panel Die. I love the stitching around the border and the curved corners of this panel die so I decided to use it for the background layer of my card.

To start I stamped the party scene, coloured it using copics and added some highlights using my white Gelly Roll Pen. Next, I die cut out the Dotty Hearts Panel Die and coloured around the edge with my BG13 to match the hat, balloon and sign colour. To fill in the scene I also used the Pandamonium Party (heart and circle balloons), Fairy Garden (dotted lines), Toucan Do It (hearts) and Pawsome Christmas (star) stamp sets. It is always great to be able to use the smaller stamps in sets to get more use out of them.

I rounded the corners of the white card stock the scene was on and then adhered it to the teal background to complete the card.

Pawsome Pets: Birthday Slimline

Hi crafty friends! Are you ready for a dose of inspiration from Time For Tea Designs? DT Jennifer here with some Pawsome Christmas pets - reimagined as Pawsome Birthday pets!

I then stamped the kitty images and colored them with Copic markersI used the Pawsome Pets coordinating dies to cut them out and placed presents in some of their paws.

The background is done in Distress Oxide Inks using our Blender Brushes. After I had the basic shape down in ink, I overlaid the Pawsome Pattern stencil and added some "wallpaper" to the background outside of the spotlight.

I hope you enjoyed today's inspiration. If you've got a moment, head over to join our FB communityfollow us on Instagram, and don't forget to play along with our monthly challenges by tagging #timeforteadesigns - so easy! For more details on how I created this card, visit my blog

Have A Cool Yule

Hello everyone, DT Annalisa here. It's that time of year when staying inside with a warm drink in hand is ideal. We had a snowstorm on Sunday in my neck of the woods and had a large dumping of the white stuff! Today I am sharing a cozy Christmas scene featuring the Warm Winter Wishes and Pawsome Christmas stamp sets.

For the background I used some Lawn Fawn patterned paper from their new Snow Day Remix petite paper pack as well as some grey card stock. I cut them both out using the largest die from the Mama Elephant – Peek A Frame creative Cuts die set to get the dotted line around the outside. I used some copics to add some texture to the floor.

I coloured in all of the critters and elements with copics. The bulk are from the Warm Winter Wishes set, but I also used the coffee cup from the Pawsome Christmas set. I have a little bit of a Starbucks obsession so I just had to colour the coffee cup to match the Starbucks holiday cups from this year.

The little rug is from Lawn Fawn's Christmas Dreams. I stamped it on the same patterned paper as the wall. For all of the elements, I added some white jell pen for detail. I also added some Crystal Stickles for some sparkle.

I adhered all of the elements to the background and then finished the card with the sentiment 'Have a Cool Yule'.

Christmas Tags using Hexagon Nesting Dies & Wow Embossing Powder

Happy Friday everyone!

Jo here with another catch up post after last nights FB Live.

Do watch the video below. This is the edited version of last nights tutorial so its easier to watch if you're short of time but want some inspiration for your Christmas Tag making!
You will also get a sneak peek at some new products arriving in store next week!!

I absolutely loved making these adorable tags and Ant was a fantastic assistant as always.

In this tutorial Ant did some colouring with Copics for me, colouring all the critters, using graduating shades to create depth to his characters. He did a great job!

We cut all our tags from our Hexagon Nesting Dies, layering up the largest with the next one down in size. We used some brand new & totally gorgeous cardstock that we will be sharing with you next week so stay tuned!! :)

I stamped, coloured and die cut the background tree scene which is part of the Christmas Deer Stamp & Die set.

You can see Ant also had some fun giving his dog a 'Mario' style moustache!! :D Very cute!!

We created some sparkly snowy backgrounds for our scene using WOW embossing powders sprinkled directly onto our cardstock and melted with my heat gun.

These beautiful Powders will be available in store next week!

Finally I added some highlights with my White Gelly Roll Pen and added some extra sparkle with my Stardust Stickles.

I am so pleased with how these turned out and they were really simple to make too. I'll definitely be making some more.

If you'd like to see what we get up to during the Live show then please do watch us on FB Live at 8pm every Thursday. The more the merrier.

All the products I used that are currently available in the shop are below.

Kitty Love

Hi everyone! DT Jennifer here to show you how truly versatile the Pawsome Christmas set TRULY is!

Before I get to the card details - did you know that the coordinating dies to this stamp set also cut around the little paws? You can place different objects into the space (BEHIND the paws!) - it's adorable. Check it out in my example with the darker grey kitty on the right side.

I hope you enjoyed my project today.
