DT Annalisa wishing you a happy Friday! Today, I am sharing a lime green happy card featuring Squeeze the Day and Fruitful Friends stamp sets from Time For Tea Designs. I love how bright this card turned out. 

I started by adding several drops of twisted citron Distress Paint onto my glass matt and spraying it with water. I pressed water-coloured cardstock into the paint several times to create a bright green background.

Once the panel was dry, I stamped the sliced fruit from Squeeze the Day onto it with Versafine Onyx Black, poured on Icicle ultra fine embossing powder by Brutus Monroe (clear), and heat set it.

I cut down the panel using the A2 Nesting Frame Dies and used double-sided tape to adhere it to an A2 card base.

I stamped and coloured (with Copics) images from Squeeze the Day and Fruitful Friends and cut them out with their coordinating dies. I added white gel pen accents with a Gelly Roll Pen.

I stamped 'You're Simple the Zest' with VersaMark ink onto black card stock. I then added Alabaster ultra fine embossing powder by Brutus Monroe (white), taped off the excess, and heat set it with a heat gun. I used the coordinating dies to cut out the sentiment.

I used double-sided foam tape to adhere the images and sentiment to the card. I then added three white enamel dots from the Sweet Summer Designer Enamel Dots to complete the card.

Hey, Hello, Hi Rainbow

Happy Friday, everyone. DT Annalisa here sharing a bright and welcoming card featuring the new Hey, Hello, Hi Dies and the Flirty Flowers Stencil from Time For Tea Designs. I love these extra-large sentiment dies.

I used several Distress Oxide inks (Abandoned Coral, Spiced Marmalade, Mustard Seed, Cracked Pistachio, Mermaid Lagoon and Wilted Violet) on the flirty Flowers Stencil using my Beautiful Rainbow Blender Brushes. I removed the stencil and lightly blended the same colours over the entire panel in the appropriate sections so the cardstock wasn't stark white.

I glued the largest border die from the A2 Nesting Frame Dies to the card to frame the stencilled card stock. I then placed this panel onto an A2 card base. 

I ink blended white card stock with Abandoned Coral and Spiced Marmalade and die-cut out 'hey.' I blended the same colours onto vellum and then die-cut the shadow. I followed this same process for the other words and their shadows, using Mustard Seed and Squeezed Lemonade for 'hello' and Mermaid Lagoon and Wilted Violet for 'hi.' I added some white gel pen accents to the letters.

I glued down each word and their shadow die pieces, to complete the card.

A super sweet velum shaker card

 

Happy Saturday Teatimer's hope you have all had a good week. I'm attempting to get all my summer themed cards made before Autumn creeps upon us. So what better summer theme than a whopper of an ice cream sundae. This card didn't turn out anything like I had planned at the beginning but I love how it turned out. 

I started out by cutting out the A2 frame dies in white cardstock twice and once from white fun foam this enabled me to get the size of the panel of the background. For the background panel I used a mix of Shaded Lilac, Tumbled Glass and Kitsch Flamingo. It's a great way to practice your blending as it doesn't need to be perfect as you can only just see it behind the velum shaker. After this I adhered the white fun foam frame on top and added my shaker sprinkles inside then adhered the velum on top  and layered the last frame on top of that. 

The letters are cut out of the same white card stock using Anthony's Alphas I added the letters at the top of the bottom so the cream would ground the image. The ice cream image is from the new Sundae Sweeties stamp set its super fun and being a bigger image great for practicing your colour skills. I coloured that up and the little mouse and the cherry when die cutting out the cherry and the little mouse I cut out another two of each using plain white card stock so that I could add a little extra dimension but I didn't want the thickness of the fun foam or the weight to make the velum sag.

I finished it off with some white heat embossed writing on black cardstock and popped them on top. 

I love the subtleness of the of the shaker card it adds some extra detail without being the main focus of the card.

DT Lyndsey here on the blog today, and I'm so excited to be sharing this card made using some of the new release items that were launched on Friday. 

This weekend's weather is just gorgeous and seriously making me think of my summer holidays. Just a UK based one for us this year as we have a BIG trip coming up next year that we need to save our pennies for! So in that line with that thinking today I wanted to share with you this adorable card and this little cutie looks like he is off on his travels too!

 If you have not seen the new release yet, you are absolutely missing out. For this card I've used quite a few items which are listed below.

To start with I stamped and coloured my images using my Spectrum Noir alcohol markers (colours listed below in order of lightest to darkest)

Car - TB2, TB3, TB4 

Wheels - IG5,  IG7, IG9 

Panda - IG1, IG3, IG5 

Scarf -  CR7,  CR11, DR3

Trees- LG1, LG3, LG5 - CG1, CG2, DG3 - TN7,  TN9 

Road - IG1, IG3, IG5 

I wanted to create a little scene so used the road from the Car Critters set and teamed it with the trees from the Hillside Village set, using the matching die to cut the top of the scene. I cut a piece of white card using the largest of the A2 Layering Dies and added a cloudy background with salty ocean distress ink and the Slimline stencil.

From white card I then cut out the Sunray cover die and created the ombre colour using Squeezed Lemonade,  Wild Honey and Abandoned Coral distress inks. I added this and the coloured scene to the cloud panel and trimed off any overhang.

I added the cute panda to the car and popped him on the road using foam pads - Doesn't he just look like he's driving through the country side off on his holibobs!😁 finishing off the scene by adding a few puffy clouds in the sky.

 Before adding the panel to a card blank I made a little frame using the A2 Nesting Frame Dies and added to the panel using foam pads for a bit of dimension. I then adhered this to a slightly larger panel of blsck card before adding to a 6x6 card blank trimed down to size leaving a small border.

I love how this scene turned out and totally love how easy it is to mix and match all the items of the new release to create many different cards. These items will also match perfectly with any of the previous releases too, the only limit is your imagination! I hope you have enjoyed my card today,  I absolutely had so much fun with this new release I can't tell you, and I have so many more cards to share with you soon.

 Good afternoon everyone and happy Sunday,

DT Lyndsey here and today I want to share with you this sweet card using the adorable Lucky Ducks stamp and die set. I am totally in love with this gorgeous set and can see plenty of cards in my future with it.

I created a little scene with the ducks and did a bit of masking to add the flower clumps behind the ducks, and then added the pond in with my markers. I coloured the ducks up as Mallards (proper ducks) for something a bit different and love how they turned out!

The whole image was coloured using my Spectrum Noir markers (colours listed below in order of lightest to darkest)

Face - LG2, LG3 LG5

Belly - TN7,  TN9,  TN8

Body - BG1,  BG3,  BG5 

Beak- CT1,  CT4, GB5 

Bullrush - EB6, EB3, EB7 

Grass - CG1,  CG2,  DG4

Pond - TB2, TB3,  TB4 , TB8

I cut out the scene using the 3rd largest A2 Layering Die and then used the same sized A2 Nesting Frame Die to cut a frame from white card, adding it to the image with foam tape.

I stamped the "Hey!" sentiment in the top right hand corner as I thought it just matched the scene perfectly. Now I do have a little chuckle when I look at this card, just because the sentiment reminds me of the Duck Song, and I dud have it stuck in my head for ages afterwards 🤣.

The duck walked up to a lemonade stand

And he said to the man, running the stand
"Hey! (Bum bum bum) Got any grapes?"
The man said
"No we just sell lemonade. But it's cold
And it's fresh
And it's all home-made. Can I get you

"I'll pass".

Then he waddled away.

'Til the very next day.
(Bum bum bum bum ba-bada-dum)

I trimed a 6x6 card blank  down to 12cm wide and added a piece of patterned paper to the front, cut slightly smaller than the card. The panel was added to the centre of the card and I finished off with a few clear drops.

Today I'd like to share a card featuring the super cute "Up, Up & Away" stamp set.

I started cutting a 5,5" x 4,25" rectangle from white cardstock and I ink blended it with Distress Oxide inks. I used tumbled glass, salty ocean and mermaid lagoon for the sky and twisted citron and mowed lawn for the grass. 

I added some texture splattering some clean water, white and black Distress reinkers and a bit of Indian gold Nuvo mousse (loosened with water) and I let it dry.

I then stamped on it the windmill of the stamp set with black archival ink.

I stamped the adorable bunny on the hot air baloon, I colored it with alcohol markers and I fussy cut it.

I also used the three biggest dies from the "A2 Nesting" die set to create a frame and I put everything together.

I added an heat embossed sentiment and two puffy clouds (they're from the "Windmill Add On" die set) and that's my card. I hope you'll enjoy it!

Slothy Hugs

Silvia's here today and I'm so excited to share you my very first card for Time for Tea Designs.

I really love the adorable sloths from the "Be Slothy" stamp set that I decided to feature two of them in this card.

I started by cutting a 5" X 3 3/4" from craft cardstock and I soft ink blended it with kitsch flamingo Distress Oxide ink using "Brick Wall" stencil. I also added some texture on it splattering kitsch flamingo and picked fence Distress reinkers. I also darkened edges a bit with frayed burlap Distress ink.

I then stamped my images, I colored them with alcohol markers and I cut them out.

I die cut the "Hugs" sentiment three times from white cardstock, I layered to create dimension and I softly ink blended with kitsch flamingo Distress Oxide on bottom.

I added a white frame that I die cut using the "A2 Nesting Frame" die set, I put everything together using a mix of liquid glue and foam tape and that's my card.

Today I am sharing a Christmas card featuring several new T4T products from the latest release, including the Carolling Critters Clear Stamp Set, Falalala Scalloped Slimline Dies, Layering Dies Imperial Sized- (USA sized) and paper from the Winter Wonderland Paper Pad 6x6". This is such a beautiful collection of papers. I usually struggle with using patterned paper but this collection has inspired me!

To start I stamped the critters and coloured them with my copics and added some highlights with my white gel pen. I added some foam tape to the back of them and set them aside to work on the rest of the card.

I die cut out the falalalala sentiment three times, twice from white card stock and once from some silver foil paper. I stuck them all together with liquid glue. Next, I die cut out a snowy hill and glued it down to the beautiful patterned paper which I had die cut out using my A2 layering dies. For the border around the card, I used the largest frame in the A2 Nesting Frame Dies (this is part of the Black Friday Sale and I use it all the time!) and coloured it using my BG copics. I used liquid glue to adhere this down on top of the snowy hill and patterned paper.

I stuck the critters down on top of the snow and then glued down the sentiment and music notes which I stamped on some white card stock.

To finish the card, I die cut several snowflakes from the Falalalala Slimline Dies. I just love how this card turned out.

Happy Weekend everyone it's Design Team member Natalie sharing my cute Beavering Away card. The new beavers are absolutely adorable and a great addition to the shop. 

I combined the stamp set with the new A2 Nesting Frame Dies and Mountain Scene Builder Dies to create a fun scene card.I started by cutting out the A2 Nesting Frame Dies out of some white cardstock I only used the largest one but popped the others to he side to keep for any future projects. I used this as a guide to cut out my base for my scene to go on. I stencilled some blue clouds in the background and drew some birds in the corner for a little added interest. For the rest of the scene I cut out the mountains the grass from the Landscape Edge Dies and one of the clouds from the Windmill add on Die set I think the other one was a random die cut I had lying around on my desk. I added some colour to these using distress oxides. 

The critters and tree are both coloured with copic markers I used the same browns from the beavers as for the tree this makes it quick to colour and keeps it uniform. I popped everything on my card base and added my sentiment in the corner and then popped the frame on top I coloured this with the same brown markers I used for the beavers. Don't Worry be Slothy

 

DT Annalisa here and today I am sharing a card filled with cute and relaxed sloths - a perfect scene for a beautiful Friday heading into the weekend. I used the Be Slothy Stamp Set and A2 Nesting Frame Dies from Time For Tea Designs.

To start I stamped the sloths and butterflies and coloured them with my copics. The cloud is from the Up, Up & Away Clear Stamp Set. I then coloured in my background with copics. I stamped the stars with VersaMark ink and heat embossed using white embossing powder.

To finish the card I added the sentiment and framed the scene using the largest rectangle from the A2 Nesting Frame Dies. These dies are perfect from framing scenes and making cards look just right.

Hi everyone it's DT member Natalie here with another cute Halloween card. Halloween has to be one of of my favourite occasions to craft for purely because they are just so much fun to create. I love to customise regular stamps sets and make them Halloween themed like this one. I used the new Home Sweet Home set to create a sweet, spooky living room scene. The rest of the elements come from the Treat Yourself and Spooktacular Stamp sets. I stamped out, coloured and cut out all my elements. Then created my scene.

I cut out a black frame using the new A2 Nesting Frame Dies then used the size to cut out a rectangular piece of card to fit behind it. I drew a line for the floor and used my copics to create a woodgrain effect then used the Fossilized Amber Distress Oxide to create a warm glow behind the fire. 

Once this was done I popped on my frame and added my scene and sentiment I love how well the sets just work together but then Time for Tea stamps sets always do which is what I love about them. It really helps stretch your stamps to get the most out of them.
